With expansion across the midwest and west coast on the horizon, along with the challenges inherent with scaling a business, the owners at Skin Body Soul knew that they needed to turn to an agency that could help clarify their evolution. After the essential discovery process was over and we knew where to begin, the real work started by first getting used to their current brand, plugging in and crafting our "Fierce Forever" campaign. After we launched a series of direct mail campaigns met with great success, we moved over to launching a strategy for implementing the concept across all of their social media platforms and into billboard advertising.
