James Jones came to us looking for help in implementing a new name and approach to building a brand for what most people would describe as a stale and less-than-exciting industry; accounting. Challenge was excepted and after moving through the discovery process along with a bit of surgical brand language development, we were able to settle on a solution that freed us from the constraints of the existing rule structure. The shift came like most, with a change in perspective. More specifically the combination of way-finding with perspective and how it could transform the customer experience when extrapolated intentionally. From there, we were able to develop the visual language James needed to provide his services in a unique and different way.
